After a Complaint for Separate
Support or Divorce has been filed, neither party
is permitted to relocate from Massachusetts with
the children to live in another state without
the written permission of the other parent or
the permission of the Court. The need of one parent
to relocate presents some of the most difficult
situations to families – and if they cannot
resolve them – to the Court.
We have both settled and tried many relocation
cases.
